I think it's unfair to cite wait times as the sole reason of discontent seeing as this is the only costco tire center in Toronto East and therefore they have endless customers, even people coming down from Markham. I did have to wait upwards of an hour, 2 hours to speak to someone sometimes, and the quickest appointment they could give me was almost 3 weeks later BUT I felt that the workers were knowledgeable and patient, explaining things and problem-solving with you, and the actual booked tire installation was quick and painless. This is probably my least favourite Costco in the east end of Toronto. It's a smaller location and always busy. I've been smashed in the ankles more times than I care to mention by customers simply not paying attention. The parking is very limited and the gas bar is impossible to get to.
