Everyone has heard of Fram because they are a marketing company--we tend to believe what we hear in advertisements. As said before long ago I used Fram and had NO ticking sounds at start up. Yes the cam is a flat tappet hydraulic cam. So good point at the moment filters arn't so important. Ryco also do a Z9 in a finer filter now, Z9HE. Loves to drink as well. I have had a lot of trouble out of fram. I don't buy them. Big revs for a ,penrite 30 and a ryco Z9. Real muscle cars have 3 pedals. Did you miss your activation email? Interesting to see that they say the Motorcraft is the same as a Purolator Pure One unit-I have been spending a few bucks more for the Pure One for my 7.
