In Falkreath , go to the Dead Man's Drink and into the owner's room where you will find a note entitled Mysterious Altar. Read it to start the quest. Once read, you will be sent on to the Roadside Ruins. There, you will find several dead bandits and a Spriggan waiting for you. Deal with the Spriggan and in the center of the ruins there is a leveled chest and the strange altar with three cups on it. Upon returning to civilization, you will be approached by a courier with a Note from the Temple of Kynareth. The note instructs you to find a ferryman to take you to the location of the Iron Wood Tree to get the fruit, Giant's Tooth. Only Harlaug in Dawnstar will agree to bring you. On arrival, there is a giant camp with two giants. You can sneak by them to the path behind the camp or kill them. Once done with the giants, follow the path to the Iron Tusk Cave. Find the Iron Wood tree and harvest the fruit from it. You will then be attacked by several Spriggans.
I filled the bowl that promised me power, and must sleep for a single night to have my wish granted. Additionally, Skyrim players will encounter a room that houses some coin purses and gems on their way out of the arena.

While working on this Creation, players will be forced to decide between filling the Altar of Fortune, the Altar of Power, and the Altar of Nothing, with each altar providing some special Skyrim Bittercup rewards. Before getting into the specific rewards associated with each altar, it is important to note that Skyrim players will receive the Bittercup regardless of the option that they choose. While gaining 20 health, stamina, or Magicka may not be extremely significant in the long run, it is still a nice boost to receive from a piece of Skyrim Creation Club content. Updated June 8, by Erik Petrovich : The Skyrim Bittercup quest is a callback to the third Elder Scrolls game where the same item, the Bittercup, was central to a side quest. The Bittercup that Skyrim players can collect is a little bit different than its Morrowind counterpart, though, in part thanks to three branching questlines determined by the player's decision to end a lead-in quest. As such, there are three Skyrim Bittercup rewards associated with each of the three branching questlines. No matter the choices, players always receive the Bittercup itself at the end of the questline, and it's a worthwhile item to find as it gives a permanent boost to one stat while permanently lowering another. The Bittercup is a returning item from the third Elder Scrolls game, Morrowind , and instigates one of three branching questlines with different rewards.

There is a convenient bed roll nearby with a quest marker. Go to sleep and after awakening, you will get an update of new items in your inventory. Read the letter called Rogue's Job Offer. In this letter you will learn of a High Elf named Cuinanthil who is a rich mark begging to be robbed. Cuinanthil has just arrived in Markarth with his ever-present Dark Elf bodyguard Inimoro.

The Black Sacrament contracts will be fulfilled without question and the hired contracts will be performed on whether or not the contractor and the target is worthy and if the payment is enough. Objective 5: Choose a bowl at the altar. Basically leading the DB in the ways of the old again. The note instructs you to find a ferryman to take you to the location of the Iron Wood Tree to get the fruit, Giant's Tooth. Finally the emperor Titus Mede II not only took his fate like a true emperor but he also made a request for an assassination and this time around I plan to lead the DB in both the old and the new ways my way. Head to Falkreath in the southwest of the Skyrim map and look for the Dead Man's Drink Inn towards the middle of the Hold's eponymous capital. I filled the bowl that promised me nothing, and some time later I received a letter from a courier. I mean technically it is good if we're following the game's storyline but in reality it's not good because we'll spent most if not all on rebuilding which a good guild leader has to do. Upon selecting the Altar of Power, players will be sent to battle in an arena, and they will loot their rewards from the various foes that they slay there. Part because Skyrim's Dark Brotherhood is weird, they don't seem to care if you kill anyone not under contract, so I don't feel obligated to leave him alive. On arrival, there is a giant camp with two giants. If an entry is marked as "Finishes Quest" it means the quest disappears from the Active Quest list, but you may still receive new entries for that quest. Objective Find a ferryman who will take you to Giant's Tooth. Objective 2: Travel to the Roadside Ruins. Upon returning to civilization, you will be approached by a courier with a Note from the Temple of Kynareth. In my travels, I've heard strange tales about hagravens performing rituals near Falkreath.
