Goku is much stronger, much faster, and much more durable than Aizen will ever be, but in a 1v1 scenario in which both Aizen and Goku can use everything in their disposal, I think Aizen will have an edge in the fight. Even though Aizen is nowhere near Goku in raw stats, he is still one of the strongest characters in Bleach. As we will see, his stats will still be somewhat useful during the fight. I will not going into details or calculations, but I think EOS Aizen is around planetary in strength and around light in speed. But his trump card is his zanpakuto, Kyoka Suigetsu.

There is Kyoka Suigetsu in play here I think Aizen is faster than base Goku and can actually hurt him, so he would have to go Kaioken right from the start soon after, and throw ki blasts AoE style. Kiai is also something Goku can use If Goku menages to Kamehameha him into outer space, I am not sure Aizen could come back, but Aizen is more versatile still with Kyoka Suigetsu, has immortality, and at least comparable power.
