I'm passionate about demystifying therapy and empowering my clients to understand underlying issues in order to transform from the root up. I aim to bridge the gap between sessions and to help form a clear path for my clients' progress in the various goals they have. I do my best work with folks who find themselves anxiously moving through life with a sense of narrowed awareness. My therapeutic approach is both nurturing and structured: I listen and offer support just as much as I offer appropriate challenges. I have Eastern European roots, which make it easy for me to access both warmth and directness. Even though therapy is often heavy and difficult, I believe it can be fun too.
