Post-crisis Superman is a very powerful foe, so powerful that Way Big and Atomix do not stand a chance. However, Superman is not invincible: There are a few aliens who may be able beat him. These are in no particular order. Most of them could beat Goku, too. Sleep manipulation is not something Superman is immune to. It has not been shown if Gutrot can create kryptonite gas, but its plausible.

If pre-Crisis supes is at the height of his power he can destroy the multiverse and Alien X will die. I mean, X by feats is universal tbf. Only things saying otherwise are poor attempts at scaling and guys harassing writers on Twitter to give them statement feats. If alien x tries to destroy the universe, superman would probably just put it back together with brute strength and plot armor. Most definitely not. Earth-2 Sups was pretty rough feats wise, hell even some of the crazier Pre Crisis incarnations were very inconsistent. Jokes aside, I don't agree on them being inconsistent, unlike any other comic book character. Golden age isn't included in pre-crisis version of Superman.
