She is the younger twin sister of the serial killer Johan Liebert as well as his primary target and obssession. While Johan possesses an ethereal complexion with his extremely pale skin and short light blond hair, Nina showcases her own unique beauty with her fair skin and slightly darker, possibly strawberry-blonde, hair cascading down to her upper back.
