The rooms are spacious, well laid out with a lounge suite. The beds are comfortable and each room seems to have a nice view. We held a team building session in the function room with 30 staff and the service was excellent. The staff were very attentive and food served at dinner was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this hotel. Hyatt Carribean is a beautiful place to stay, they tick all the boxes, friendly staff, beautiful rooms, the bar and restaurant are stunning. The rooms have everything you need, clean with great amenities.

I tried the scotch eggs, curry fries, bangers and mash, and fish and chips. All of the dishes were superb and tasted very authentic, just like the food I have had on my trip to Brittian. Alot of Britton restraunts don't get it right, Archie's exceeded expectations. I will definetly be back! February The food is authentically British, the beers are just the right temperature for each brand, the service is friendly and attentive…so long as they keep it up, my family and I will be coming here repeatedly! February The best fish and chips in the world. Big claim Great food, great people, great beer. Parking: Enough parking considering it's a small restaurant. So far, I've been able to park right in front by the patio every time.
