In theory, this should give us a similar sound qualitatively at the cost of dynamic range versus the regular series. This is probably a worthwhile trade-off for most people since few users of the series are likely to take full advantage of their dynamic range. There may be a difference in soundstage between the two since the smaller drivers of the S series would radiate sound at a slightly wider angle thereby incurring a bit more early acoustic reflections, and that can have its benefits, but that is not going to be a major difference. Does it keep the same value that Arendal has rapidly become known for?

The goal with S was to add a matching set of smaller-sized speakers, which would seamlessly match the Series without any form of timbre matching issues whatsoever.
