We've still included them here because of this possibilty. Having previously appeared in the Ark game series, the Nothosaurus is a fan-favorite aquatic beast that was highly voted upon by fans participating in the fan-picked creatures to be in the Center DLC. Nothosaurus narrowly did not make it into the DLC based on votes, but this was one of the most popular options and may still make an appearance in future Ark DLC installments as a result of its popularity. Many fans clearly want to see this creature, which means it could appear at some point in the future. In the open fan voting for new creatures, the Giant Bison was a huge favorite. The fan community definitely wants to see this creature get included in an upcoming Ark DLC, which is a distinct possibility based on the large number of votes this animal received. Should the Giant Bison be included in the game, it will serve as a useful animal for farming purposes.
