I read there are item you can't upload and which got just buggy e. The transmitter can be used for crafting which is essentially the same as a tek replicator, the crafting speed has also been reduced to 1x by default for balance but a tek replicator normally has a crafting speed of Home Discussions Workshop Market Broadcasts.
