Sunday, January 29th, AM. I'm trying to use my device with another carrier. However if I try to put another carriers card in the phone it won't activate the device. Also I do meet all the eligibility criteria. This is an older phone SE that I'm digging up and adding to a new plan. Thanks any thoughts on which department I can ask for to get them to add it back? I just keep getting the run around whenever I call, it doesn't seem that they don't want to do it but it's impossible to get the right person or department on the phone that would know how to do that.
