Ayers Rock Resort Campground is a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the magical landscape that is the heartbeat of Australia. The campground has a swimming pool an absolute treat on a scorching day! Ayers Rock Resort Campground is 15km from Uluru, making it the perfect base for experiencing the beauty and magic that is the living cultural landscape of Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. Latitude, Longitude: The Ayers Rock Resort Campground provided the perfect base for living this dream as we took in the magic of this spiritual spot. The campsite had everything we could need. There was a swimming pool and playground, and the resort boasted bars, restaurants, an IGA, petrol station and more. There were free daily activities like guided walks and Indigenous bush yarns we could do too. We stayed a total of six nights and saw so much in the area during this time — we rode camels, explored the base of Uluru on Segways, and even took a helicopter flight over Uluru, Lake Amadeus and Kata Tjuta.
