Click here for more information about food offered onboard. This A features a two class configuration with between Club Europe seats and Euro Traveller seats. The Club Europe seats are standard Euro Traveller seats with the middle seat blocked off. This plane has a movable divider between the Club Europe and Euro Traveller sections, so many configurations are possible.

Updated: Feb Outside of meal service, Covid protocols and Wi-Fi most is still accurate today well outside of those there isn't much left ;. Most of the photo's I will include will not be from the initial flight, but from more recent flights. I will keep the information as it relates to Prague as that is still accurate, plus their service in Club Europe is the same throughout Europe except Moscow, if that ever returns. There is a dedicated line for Club Europe and Executive Club elite members at PRG as well as other airports which made check-in quick for my mid-day flight. Passport control was equally as speedy which left me plenty of time to relax in the Menzies Aviation Lounge, which BA uses for Business Class passengers and Oneworld Sapphire and Emerald members. Despite not having the best selection of food, the lounge was very nice with friendly staff, great views of the runway, ample drink selections both alcohol and non-alcohol , and a few new computers. Free Wi-Fi was also available. This is a very nice lounge and while they had a large food selection, I am sure it was even more substantial prior to the Pandemic Oct Small, but nice. Similar to Prague's Menzies Lounge. Munich has a very nice new lounge in Terminal 1 that BA uses along with several other airlines called Airport Lounge World. Oneworld Saphire and Emerald passengers also can use the priority lane at check-in. I was told by the agent at IST that they are no longer needed to expedite delivery of your bag.

Club Europe has some differences on this service so I thought it would be worth a quick review to look at these and the onboard service which also changed a few months ago. Hence you will notice a lack of photos from the airport! The lounge at Hamburg was pretty average. It was busy when I was there and is a shared third party lounge. If you want to work there are lots of individual desk areas which is handy with power at desk level. The food and drink was fairly limited at lunchtime with some sweet and savoury pastries, potato salad and some breakfast bits.

The British Airways Airbus A features seats in a 2 cabin configuration. Economy has seats in a config; Business class has 16 seats in a config; this is pretty standard for these aircraft. Legroom-wise, the Economy pitch of 76cm 30" is average, the Business class pitch of 76cm 30" is average, though of course what that means for you depends on how tall you are!

The flight attendant asked for my choice by my name which I thought was a nice touch and offered a nice selection of breads. The flight from Prague and other flights I have sat in the Bulkhead were much more comfortable than the flights I did not. Both my wife and I had the Shepherd's Pie. As Jim Royle would say "30 inch pitch, my ahhs". Search for: Search. In fact I think most of the even numbered rows are lacking air vents. The lounch at Arlanda as well as the foof on board was just terrible. No legroom, no IFE, no comfort. We had a very long day…. There certainly is no extra legroom in row 4. Despite several letters to BA they were not prepared to offer any compensation. This Was A very nice seat and had a quite large window. These seats are unbearably tight through out the aircraft.

I enjoyed being able to use the business lounge and express security which to us was a wonderful experience. These are not business class seats by any stretch of imagination. This is a very nice lounge and while they had a large food selection, I am sure it was even more substantial prior to the Pandemic Oct Only saving grace had usual great cabin service. As per the current seats the legroom in row 2 onwards is the same as economy although on the neo economy seats are even tighter on seat pitch towards the back of the aircraft. There were three flight attendants serving this flight and a second flight attendant came to offer tea after the meal service had been completed. The lounges located on the south side of the terminal Galleries South, First lounge, and the Concorde Room share an Elemis Travel Spa, which is pretty awesome. Extra legroom was very comfortable. Seat 11 B is a standard Club Europe seat that has extra legroom due to the exit however, may also have limited to no recline due to the exit row behind. Seat 9 D is a standard Club Europe seat. I was given my food first and then offered a drink. Very poor value for money; unless you must fly to Heathrow, avoid this airline.
