Any time I try to call, no one answers the phone. Last time I tried to make an appointment, they told me all they had were walk ins on that day. I overheard the woman checking out beside me make an actual appointment on the same day. So I asked the woman who was checking me out why that would be. She seemed annoyed and asked if I needed to make an actual appointment. I had to reschedule this appointment as it no longer fit into my schedule. When I spoke to the employee on the phone, she seemed Terrible service. Failed to log our appointment, and refused to see our cat for a simple rabies vaccination. Lost the cat's cytology after charging dollars for it and gave the runaround for months on what was going on.
