We chose to have the more expensive set menu to give us variety of food to try. Most of it was fine but I thought it was quite expensive for the Service was good, staff were nice, location great. Favourite for me was the zucchini blossom taquito and the churros were yummy some of the nicest I had. Barrio Cellar is certainly worth a try and has been on my radar for quite some time but get in quick and make sure you book because this place is going to get busier. I luckily made a booking for a light dinner and arrived I was escorted to the bar to order a drink whilst the table was prepared. The bartender was awesome and explained the options surrounding tequila and their Mezcal menu. Started with Tommy's margarita and the Watermelon margarita both were fresh and delicious and just the right thing to kick off a Friday night. The bartender actually was kind enough to let us smell and have a very small sample of some Mezcal so we get the idea he also warned us to drink conservatively as it creeps up on people good advice We quickly were at our table which was a small table in the middle of the cellar I didn't mind being in the middle of the action but some people wouldn't like it as it's very in tune with the mexican street food style.

The food was so yummy. The tacos were delicious and so were the empanadas!! Went on a Saturday night and the bar turned into a spanish club, it was super fun and had great music and a dance floor. Would highly recommend coming here for a fun night out! The place has a pretty good ambience Cocktails weren't worth the tag, and presentation was honestly kinda pathetic for today's standards.. Shoe string Fries were amazing Tacos worth an Instagram post but to be honest did not make a tasteful impression But hey I guess everything would taste better than a tequila. So if you visit make sure to have a shot before you eat the food.
