This is the final stop for my home gym. My first home gym was in the lower level of my home; the second location was in my garage , and now we moved to a new house and the gym is in the basement. The new house we moved into has a finished basement and where my basement gym is now used to be a space the old owner was using as an office space with four cubicles. My gym fit perfect there. Now moving is a royal pain in the ass, especially when I have lived in my old house for 20 years, enough time for lots of accumulation.

Basement Bodybuilding Basement Gym Workouts Training in your basement for increased fitness and general health is a very different type of training in your basement if your objective is to gain muscle as quickly as possible. We are going to assume that your interest in working out in your basement is to get stronger and to add muscle.
