Silly to not even offer people water for free when they are paying so much for tickets. You get what you pay for. However, food options are limited and cash only, Crew is a hit and miss.. Good leg room They got to the terminal late, with no one on the arriving flight, boarded us late, and left us sitting there for 2 hours before they got us off the ground. They knew they were going to be late, yet they never got an updated flight plan from their head office until long after the flight was supposed to leave. They could have cut the delay in half, of at least let us stay in the terminal.

Batik Air. Food and drink has to batik air reviews purchased which is expected for LCC however they're still quite pricey. When I first arrived there, I managed to ask politely why they re-scheduled my ticket absent-mindedly and the staff talked to me condescendingly.

Good leg room Find cheap flights on Batik Air. Dhaka to Kuala Lumpur. Delay management horrible, call centre was worse. Since its launch, Batik Air has grown very quickly, now operating a mixed fleet of Boeing s and Airbus As, along with a couple of elusive Airbus A aircraft. However, whilst the airline seemed to have high aspirations during its launch, it seems to have come to share a lot more similar traits with its parent.

I had tried calling the customer service hotline to no avail ofc, I had sent few emails regarding my enquiry but again, to no avail. Where does Batik Air fly to? Cons: delayed 2 times. Loved the inflight meal. Cons: The flight was over 5 hours delayed and they offered no compensation or extra meal. Pros: A nice experience overall. My first leg was rescheduled to be 1 hour later, but good thing is the airline informed almost a month in advance. The food was well below par and almost unpalatable, with most menu choices unavailable. Cons: Nothing. Cons: Flight wasn't on time to and from HKG. They provide last-minute information regarding flight delays, causing unnecessary inconvenience.
