Our graduates accumulate extensive practical experience during the programme whilst developing their skills through individual training. We are looking to hire a number of graduates onto our Investment Bank Graduate Programme to start in October During the month programme, you will rotate through different teams across Equity Research, Sales and Investment Banking, providing the opportunity for you to ascertain which parts of the business are best-suited to you longer-term. On each rotation you will be a key member of the team, putting forward ideas, contributing to live projects and picking up a broad range of valuable skills. Regardless of your degree background or level of financial knowledge, our 4-week induction in the London office will bring everyone up to speed. You will hear from inspirational business leaders on their roles and the specific divisions that they look after, whilst your technical skills in the areas of company valuation, financial modelling and presentation techniques will be enhanced through a wide variety of dynamic training courses. A range of social events, team-based activities and networking opportunities will allow you to learn from your peers and previous graduate cohorts. Our graduate programme has a proven track record of kickstarting careers across the Bank. This truly holistic opportunity offers rapid career progression at a thriving international bank, with the choice for you to determine the team you wish to join on completion of the programme.

Congratulations to our apprentices Pawel and Aurel, who successfully completed their apprenticeship this month.
