Despite the toll it will take on his electromagnetic sensitivity, Chuck visits the HHM office to attend meetings in which he undersells Kim's competence, securing the case for HHM. He comes under fire from his boss, Cliff Main, after making a successful but unsanctioned TV ad for the Sandpiper case, encouraging residents to call in. He is clearly an outlier among the other lawyers in the firm, and his approach to life just doesn't mesh with the stiff procedures of corporate law.
