My father works for the State Department. After I was born we moved to Jerusalem when I was age 3 or so, where we went over the house of some of my parents' friends, Namaan and Helen Assad. Robin was kind enough to do a limited edition, signed and numbered bookplate for us! Hi everyone! You can really see the difference between each location, but some books were popular everywhere. Comparing to is really interesting, we get to see the continued popularity of several books that did So here are several of our favorites from so far! Big Planet Comics founder, Joel Pollack, is a life-long Washingtonian and a life-long comics enthusiast. When I was 8, I was sick at home. That comic book went so far beyond anything the TV show offered, I was instantly hooked. Sadly, my mother passed away the following year and comics became my refuge from grief. One of my aunts, a kind woman named Kitty Goldberg, lived in Manhattan, very near Broadway and 79th. Since we rode the subway frequently, we passed a newsstand that stocked a wide array of comics.

I've published several comics through Big Planet on its own, that has been two Big Planet Comics anthologies of largely local talent, and a few minis by some of our very talented employees - Kevin Panetta and Nick Liappis. I'm not sure what "comics news" really means. Has it gotten easier or harder since you started? Strong fat kid silhouette. That's why it's so hard now that weekly comic sales are not doing good. It doesn't sell, too bad for us. Another major one is the razor thin margins we're working with. The growth of Young Adult and kids graphic novels not many comics, but lots of graphic novels has also probably saved the format. Earth Monster. Crow N. But it all comes down to sales.
