The outdoor dining room features frill-free tables and translucent bistro chairs under a canopy of outdoor heaters and swaying palm trees as well as a lively front lounge facing Palm Canyon Drive. Tagged as a pizza and cocktails kitchen, the customized wood fire oven delivers cheesy perfection from 5pm in a cheery outdoor dining space and architectural glass-enclosed eatery with outdoor bar. A simple one-page menu offers a collection of four signature salads including a Tricolore Chopped with arugula and fried garlic with aged Parmesan or Di Stefano Burrata with cherry tomatoes and English cucumbers. Pizzas can be custom ordered with toppings like mushrooms, smoked mozzarella, prosciutto and homemade sausage in personal-sized presentations.
