If you scroll over it in the f3 menu and read the box, it says it can be salvaged for both materials.. I wonder if it's a glitch since the only way you can get the outfit is from the dungeon itself. Thanks for the catch! We'll forward this on over to the team to fix the text on the item as the Old Stratus Empire Armor is not salvageable.

The Elite Initiate Uniforms from clan crafting need !!! Fabric for 5 outfits. When I salvaged outfits in beta, I got 1 or 2 Fabric.

No way am I going to pay money for a costume so I can dismantle it, then take the high quality fabrics and maybe successfully transmute a box that might yield an outfit I want.
