Bloor homes review
Absolutely appalling developer and would genuinely and strongly encourage first time buyers to look elsewhere.
I bought a bloor house and have had nothing but trouble the fittings are poor the standard of Finish is lazy and today I noticed that the shower had come away from the tiles because the legs under it had not been extended to the ground there are water drainage issues kitchen problems and many other things that it would take me an age to report. What a pile of rubish do not buy one, they are cheap for a reason and if you pay even near a normal house price you need to seek medical assistance, my wife just said I was being polite. Please heed my advice from experience. Not only was there pressure from the sales team to exchange contracts, when we did eventually move into our Bloor home, it was nothing like the picture advertised in the site sales office. All we were told was that instead of brick walls, the front would be rendered white. The house on display, showed a lovely front garden, a nice drive and plenty of room for parking.

Endorsed by all ages. Impressive construction, smooth process and a fantastic community. We loved the layout, loved the position of the house and to be honest, from start to finish it was all very smooth sailing. Where we are, it's fantastic because we have the grandchildren and the little park's only down the road and it's a very nice community! Our home demonstration by the Site Manager, was fantastic, he showed us around and everything was to such a high standard, it was perfect. The day we moved in was seamless. When we got the keys and moved in, we were able to sit and relax in the garden. Amy, Bloor Homes Feering - Feering. It made our dreams come true. Bloor concentrate on quality, instead of quantity. We have two daughters and a grandson, so we have to have rooms for our family and friends when they want to visit us. I bought the house off-plan, so I could choose all my items, nice kitchen with quartz worktop, flooring, and carpets and I upgraded my bathroom, so it was just the way I wanted it.
I too have horrendous problems with my property at Blenheim Gate, Clacton on sea. Also what is the broadband like? Bloor concentrate on quality, instead of quantity.

Has anyone else had a bad experience with Bloor homes and part exchange? Bloor states 'no chain, no-risk' when it comes to part exchange, so we took the hit and agreed to sell our home to them at a knockdown price for a stress-free experience. This was a big relocation for us and we fell in love with the area as much as the new house. They put our home on the market straight away, and we placed a deposit on theirs. Their mortgage broker had the mortgage approved within 3 weeks. We booked our upgrades, paid for gas surveys and electrical surveys on our own home, as requested by Bloor which came to a few hundred pounds and came back clear. Then an out of area surveyor came and he told us before he left that there was nothing to worry about. This was later confirmed by a Bloor rep. The surveys were passed and all was good. We had recently installed new kitchen with new appliances in our old home so we knew it would sell soon.

We will email your when your answer is on the site. We were basically told we couldn't afford there homes by three separate plot developments in the Oxfordshire area. Impressive construction, smooth process and a fantastic community. The overwhelming impression I get is that they want a quick sale and then wash their hands of any subsequent support or issues. I would just like to do my best to make sure they never sell a property again. Covenant on the development stated that no parking was allowed on the roads, so my new home remained empty for over a year, before I re-sold it. It appears they far prefer passive customers who daren't pull them up on their poor performance and consistent failures.

This site is going from bad to worse lol , your friend at BT did he say this was a temporary problem? Best wishes, and good luck I hope your issues get resolved quickly Kor. Asked by fatimariaz on 8th May Report this content Bloor homes in worsley fold. The list is endless. Builders laid my turf on uneven unprepared ground before we moved in. Bloor understand that whilst they are selling houses, their customers are buying a home. The plumbing was wrong, the boiler cabinet was so badly fitted it fell down and hit me on the head also bruising my arm, the door handles stick, the utility sink has been fitted wrong, then bodged to try and make it fit. I can only assume that this is a nice little money making scheme on Bloors part as seemingly each and every time a Bloors house is re sold the seller and the prospective purchaser will be required to pay I was thinking the same just letting potential buyers to be wary it's a shame. I have no experience with snagging services but I recall reading something that advises some Building Company's do not allow them access for obvious reasons. I could almost live in my kitchen! Reply to this comment. I haven't brought at this site but have in Headley. Bloors advised us to put our house on the market to sell to then be able to reserve a plot come December.
I apologise, but, in my opinion, you commit an error. I can prove it. Write to me in PM, we will talk.
