Philip Guy, better known as just Phil, is a main character in BlueyCapsules. He is a young businessman and the manager of Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria He was the first person employed at the original iteration of Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria in , formerly having worked for Boss Boseman at a different local business. He was tasked with dealing with business calls and recording instructional tapes for new employees, as well as a myriad of other jobs, which left him feeling incredibly stressed. After being forced to keep quiet about the truth of the Missing Children Incident , Phil hardened considerably and became much more stressed. Despite this, he accepted the job of manager at the newest iteration of Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria, though he struggles with the lack of employees and the Humble, kind-hearted, and agreeable, Phil is a top-notch employee who is very dedicated to his work, even though is pretty exasperated by the heavy workload.
