An Amber Alert has been activated for two Surrey children, last seen with their mother in Kelowna and there is reason to believe the kids are at risk, say the RCMP.

RCMP say charges have now been laid against Verity Bolton, along with her boyfriend, after being discovered on Saturday as part of a wide-sweeping Amber Alert which lasted close to two weeks.
