Each game in the Borderlands series includes several add-on content aka downloadable content , or DLC for short packs available. The first two games have a "Game of the Year Edition," which include DLC with the base game, with later games having an "Ultimate Edition," which include all DLC ever released for their respective game. Four campaign DLCs were released for Borderlands. The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned is the first downloadable content pack for Borderlands.

Is that possible? I found something called Ultimate vault hunter upgrade packs 1 and 2, but I'm not sure if they're all-enclusive. CAn anyone help explain this? You can buy seasonpass for the first 5 dlc. Keep in mind, this doesn't include cosmetic dlcs. GOTY and the vault hunter pack 2 are the way to go. The season pass is really not worthwhile now. Vault hunter packs add 11 levels each to the game that your character can achieve. The base game limits your character to level Pack 1 lets your character reach

These are all 6 playable characters in Borderlands 2. Each Vault Hunter has their own strengths and abilities. Axton is able to place a turret on the battlefield that provides cover fire. Gaige is able to summon a robot onto the battlefield that will harass enemies. Kriegs is able to go into a rage mode and will smash everything that is in his way.
