Bosch dishwasher water check

Hi, I'd really appreciate some help. My slimline Bosch Serie 2 dishwasher is not cleaning properly, bosch dishwasher water check. The rinse cycle works but any of the main cycles stop on the drying cycle and the check water light flashes. The water is not heating up at all during the cycle and grease and other stains are not being removed.
