Visited this establishment on a crisp January evening for an exciting alcoholic beverage. We were served by Roos, a vibrant and dynamic young woman, who was very knowledgeable of the menu and the local culture. Great vibes! Toilets could use a bit of a wipe The atmosphere and the food was always great, the service can be a little slow and you sometimes have to wait for a table Always recommend to anyone visiting Amsterdam wanting an authentic Dutch spot for lunch. Nice buzz in this traditional place on Brouwersgracht. Friendly staff and clearly very popular with the local crowd. Beer was good though!

The questions are asked in both English and Dutch, so everyone can join. The cafe does not have an evening menu, but it does have a nice menu for breakfast, lunch, coffee and drinks.
