I can't get enough of this coffee: it's a rich and buttery medium roast, but it tastes more like a medium-dark, with low acidity and deep notes of dark chocolate syrup and toasted caramel. Dietary restrictions: Very considerate and conscious of food restrictions. February The cafe is cute but everything else is underwhelming. The drinks are always good but the pastries are only ok and often stale. Staff are usually friendly but spend more time chatting and laughing and I've literally never seen anyone wipe down any of the tables on my numerous visits here you also get your order from the counter and have to bring your dirty dishes back to the bin so you do the cleanup for them.

I usually go up to Santa Fe once a week for work and this place has been my recent go to for lunch as the food is amazing and the staff are always so friendly. I tried the Cubano the first time I went and it was delicious! After trying the burger though it definitely ranks as my favorite from anywhere around NM! For my next visit I'm looking forward to trying the Gyro July Carmelita's makes and I might add, a delicious burger and fries and it's worth every nickel spent there.
