Family-owned and operated, Jack Soldano, in tandem, with son and Executive Chef Charlie, daughter Angela, and her husband Giuseppe Bellanca, prepare only fresh authentic Italian. Second only to taste, food plating and presentation are foremost in keeping the loyal customers coming back for more. I would be remiss if I did not mention some signature dishes, like the Arancini Rice Balls which include two arborio rice balls stuffed, breaded and fried. The artichoke hearts were very good, however the bolognese sauce was very very thin, not a thick rich sauce by any means and there was not much meat in it. Had pasta fagioli soup, chicken cacchitore, and lemon sorbet on a three coure dinner special. Kaylee was a great server and Jack, the owner came to my table. An excellent place to dine in every way, very comfortable! We went to the charming restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised by the large number of specials, including dinners for two. We chose the rigatoni and chicken in vodka sauce. It was delicious.
