It's a simple task of following these ledges all the way around the walls of the cave to get to the bottom. There is a shortcut about halfway through the cave that requires a risky jump. You will easily see this as it looks like a bridge with a gap. If you chose not to risk death too much just keep following the wall ledge and it will lead you the same way, eventually.
