A dedicated valued team of staff are trained and aim to provide the highest standard of care, while promoting our values. We have a holistic approach to care planning and ensure that we involve those professionals and services that are required to enhance the care our residents receive. Collinson House also employs a skilled team of support staff, including that includes activity coordinators, experienced cooks, housekeeping and laundry staff to enhance the quality of daily life of residents. I am a focused and driven manager with a strong belief in developing our team in order to provide exceptional care delivery. I love to spend time with family and friends and enjoy swimming, reading and cooking in my free time. Collinson House really focuses on our moments approach and the importance of meaningful engagement; encouraging residents to participate in activities that are meaningful to them, offer reminiscence or to try new things and build relationships, we want our residents to enjoy life and maintain their independence.
