Cumnock Factory Outlet has provided an update on re-opening plans, following a fire that ripped through the store. The popular shop has been closed since July, due to a fire that caused "significant damage" to sections of the building internally. Many of the fixtures from within the store could be seen in the parking area outdoors, with some fire damage apparent. Now, an update provided via the store's Facebook page has announced that it is currently in the "recovery stages". While no official date for re-opening has been set, the business has confirmed that it will open its doors again. A spokesperson said: "Firstly we would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your messages of support and good wishes.
