For starters, we decided to include all Eeveelutions in one entry, because, um, Eevee! Just kidding, but in all honesty, we could have made over half this list include every version of Eevee evolution, ever, and kept it at that. Sadly, as much as we wanted to include tons of adorable favorites, we capped this list at twenty. The Jigglypuff fandom extends well beyond the original series, as the character has also popped up as a playable character in Super Smash Bros and multiple side games. From first generation players of Red, Blue and Yellow to recent Sun and Moon gamers, everyone knows that Jigglypuff holds the key to insomnia.

Popplio stands out as one of the cutest water types and starters in all of the franchise. It could easily fit into a backpack or purse, so you can take it with you wherever you go to show off its adorable little face. Phillip K. Cute and useful — a double threat. Sorry, sports fans. Just make sure you have enough Skitty litter for it to use for the bathroom if you consider adopting one. Fun fact: in the original anime, the Squirtle squad threatened to murder Misty if Ash broke the promise he made to them in the Japanese dub and threatened to dye her hair purple in the English dub — maybe something got lost in translation there. Not only is Dratini the cutest dragon type, but it was also one of the rarest back in the day. Its design is sort of a mix between a worm and the dragons of East Asian cultures with their long, floaty bodies. This makes it look both elegant and darling at the same time. Perfect for people who love Eevee and Halloween time. Despite coming off a little eerie, Umbreon must be a great companion as it requires a high friendship level to evolve it from Eevee. Babies make you go aww. Togepi is basically a perpetual baby Pokemon still stuck half in its eggshell.

And for me, my favorites have gotta be cute!!! Anime Customized Lanyards are an extremely popular pokemon cartoon product, not only as a fashion accessory but also as a collectible. It allows you to express your individuality while also allowing you to stay connected with your favorite anime. Unfortunately many of these cute babies evolve into a very ugly 2nd or 3rd form. But not so with Eevee. And Eevee has different elemental forms too making it actually useful in a number of battles.

The absolute cutest Pokemon is always going to be up for debate since there are now almost unique pocket monsters, but I've set out to answer that question. From classic cuties like Pikachu and Togepi to recently released Pokemon such as Chewtle and Yamper, this is the ultimate list of the top 20 cutest Pokemon. Please don't be mad if your favourite didn't get in; it's surprisingly hard to whittle down a list from Pokemon and counting to just At the top of the list is Zorua, the foxy Dark-type Pokemon from Gen 5. Just look at that red tuft of hair and bluey-green eyes. Zorua is the type of companion Pokemon you could trust to fend off the worst of attackers, yet still cuddle up to by the fireplace on a winter evening. Have you ever seen a Pokemon as jovial as Pachirisu? With its bright yellow cheeks and enormous fluffy tail, this Gen 4 Electric-type Pokemon can pack a punch in battle but won't shock you

With over Pokemon known to date, it's nearly impossible to choose which ones are THE cutest! But, we polled Pokemon enthusiasts like you to learn, once and for all, which Pokemon are the tippy top, best of the best, cuter than cute! Here are the results.

It's also a sweet little turtle that is clearly very enthusiastic about the drums. Eevee's name is supposedly a play on words for the letters "e" and "v", deriving from the word "evolution". I prefer Luxio over his other evolutionary forms, because he reminds me of Kimba, the white lion, a very popular anime from which Disney plagiarized to create the Lion King. This tiny bear is cuteness embodied, an absurdly endearing creature that will bring out everyone's parental instincts. Munchlax is the equally hungry, equally endearing prequel to Snorlax. It allows you to express your individuality while also allowing you to stay connected with your favorite anime. Azurill The evolved form of a Marill keeps faithful to his original form, but sprouts bunny ears and a slightly less round body. But even its regular form is still pretty darn cute! Flareon Flareon is very close in size and shape to my favorite Pokemon, Eevee, from which it evolves. Jigglypuff evolves into Wigglytuff who trades his cat ears for bunny ears, but keeps his plump pink round body and cute round eyes. With a teeny round body and small oval eyes, Togepi actually retains its shell design.

A fiery little fox with fierce fighting abilities and a heart of gold Super cute and squee-inducing, Emolga is reminiscent of a flying squirrel and another rodent-type creature.
