D16 valve cover

Thread Tools. Hey everyone i just started on this website there is one question that has been bothering me and i cant find anything about d16 valve cover that is reliable. So i bought this d16z6 to be swapped into my 90 hatch, well the guy said it came out of a 94 del sol si.

Below the "D16Z6" engine code there is a 7-digit number stamped on the plate. Wont find this one real easy. Well the thing that is bothering me is the valve cover doesnt say Vtec and ive been reading that only the 94 and 95 valve covers said vtec. Log in. The time now is AM.
