Astonishingly Appropriate Appearance : Some deviate from this, but for the most part everyone looks exactly like what they are. Birds of a Feather : Mondo and Kiyotaka, oddly. Both have personalities defined by surpassing someone: for Mondo it's his brother and for Kiyotaka it's his grandfather. The main difference is that Toranosuke Ishimaru died with a legacy of corruption and debt upon his family, setting a bar that Kiyotaka can potentially overcome through force of will which he's chosen to focus of his life around.
