Queens is a city state and kingdom on West Terra and a location in Dark Cloud.

The town walls are still intact but all the people and buildings are gone as in the Norune and Matataki. There are four sections with a canal running down the middle. Head down to the end of the canal and through the doorway to the docks. There is a dialog where you meet Rando, the only survivor. He's a merchant and invites you to his shop where you fill him in on what's been going on in the world. He says the Moon Orb was probably stored in the undersea treasury, a sunken ship that the locals used to store their valuables. A hundred years ago it was the favorite ship of the Queen who ruled here, but she died suddenly and the townspeople sunk the ship in tribute.

You can technically rebuild the town however you'd like but you'll get a bonus reward for completing the town in such a way that you meet all of the villager's requests. To learn what a villager's requests are simply ask them how they'd like you to rebuild their village and they'll tell you! It's an ocean town with 3 different sectors, each large enough to fit a few buildings. Below you will find a list of each villager's requests and information about what it is exactly that they want.
