It's a good dex weapon that gets bleed damage, and does even better bleed with high luck and the Carthus Rogue buff. I use this weapon and the Corvian Great Scythe, both hollow infused, with an offhand hollow infused caestus and it's a lot of fun. When you take advantage of the bleed buffs it totally melts bosses in pve.
