I have been using these for over 10 years. Please could I have details as to how to refill them as I too am having difficulty finding Dettol refills. Only 2 stars because I have been unable to buy the expensive refills anywhere. Thanks to some of the previous reviews, I am now refilling with any handwash. Pleased to see these are reduced atm as are prohibitively expensive elsewhere.
