DeviantART doesn't think your email address is real? I know that you're not typically supposed to put problems like these in the forums I don't even think I'm in the right type either but I've looked all through dA's FAQ and even submitted a Help Ticket, but none of them seem to have a solution, so I figured to see if anyone else in the community has had this problem. It's kind of hard to explain, so I'll try and break it down as simple as I can. Currently, my old email address for simplicity's sake, let's call it abc mail. I was finally able to recover it, but for safety and privacy reasons, I made a new account and plan to make a new account and delete it. BUT, while registering the new email, I accidentally misspelled it abcd mail. I quickly realized the mistake, and fixed the name in the email account and tried to resend the verification email, but dA will not send it to the account.

Guys im so scared that i could loose this account because Deviantart doesnt send the password recovery mail. Yesterday i tried to log from my home computer and i couldnt, so i tried password recovery, a message was sent that within 5 minutes they will send the password recovery to my mail. I waited like 1 day and 1 night and i didnt get any email. Now i am at work and the account is remembered by my browser but because i sent the request for the password recovery to be sent on my email, the password got reset and i cant change my account. If anyone know a staff from DA please help me, because I read on Internet they dont really help you in case of hacking or other account problems. Please please help me! Email isn't supposed to be rocket science; you write a message, click send, and the message should be sent more or less instantly and arrive in the recipient's inbox at just short of the speed of light. And usually, it works just like that.
