Poor DS, now the only thing left for it to aim for is to beat out Dr. Jin and Fashion King for being the most mentally challenged plot ever. The patient is wheeled into the OR with Dr. He makes it sound as easy as deciding to go from making hamburger patties to making a meatloaf. Hoon gets Seung Hee to put the patient under and his scrub nurse is also ready to go along. Yang reluctantly joins the surgery as Hoon cuts into the chest.
