We make the original Hawaiian pizza even better in our Honolulu Hawaiian pizza, which features traditional ham and pineapple as well as smoked Canadian bacon, roasted peppers, mozzarella, and provolone cheese. Marinara sauce was all good and nothing else we can think of, would go so well with this sweet and savory combo. The mix of mozzarella and provolone cheeses is a good marriage with the rich and salty flavor of the provolone shining through. The traditional ham is cut into reasonably sized squares and the edges of the pieces had that slight toastiness, flavor wise it was deep and rich.
