Its abilities, Multiscale and Inner Focus, are nifty but not nearly enough to redeem its unfortunate other traits because Multiscale can't withstand the pressure of two foes and Inner Focus is just mediocre in general. I found this to be pretty tame, physical dragon type moves are pretty lackluster compared to their special counter parts.
