Had to ask 3 times before we were served water. We were not offered any other drinks until we were offered tea and coffee almost 2 hours after we arrived. Waitress tried to clear our starter plates while we were still eating from them. Our reservation was for 8pm, we were served our mains just after 9pm, at which time is was too late and we were too hungry to make complaints. An extreme mark up for location and view, disappointing and low quality food considering famous Scottish products available elsewhere. Disorganised and poorly trained staff, getting their attention to ask for anything was difficult it was very busy but everyone was task focussed rather than customer.
