Both saves are on Hard difficulty and maybe my memory is off but I don't remember there being so damn many volatiles everywhere at night, even on the rooftops so I keep getting spotted and a chase gets triggered almost constantly. I recall there only used to be volatiles showing up during a level chase, although this was maybe a year ago when I was still on my first playthrough. I know there was an event recently where a lot of volatiles were roaming around but not sure if it's still active but either way, I disabled the community events but still volatiles roam everywhere at night and it's a bit overwhelming when I'm low level, barely got any upgraded blueprints, no grappling hook or paraglider to help and not enough components or cash to stock up on flares and such.
