March Been trying to get my players back because of my hacked account. I really don't want to talk to somebody on the phone because it takes ages for them to even find my account. Cant find the Live Chat option though, am I doing something wrong or are these unavailable at the moment? Go to Solution. The EA Help site underwent some changes recently. July - last edited July The follow-up to that e-mail was to contact them again via Live Chat as they're almost done with my case. I cannot find the the Live Chat option anywhere. I've Googled it several time, but the Contact Us page it takes me to doesn't have the option for it anymore. This site is so very slow and I've spent about 30 minutes now just clicking around trying to find it. Is there a direct link to it? Or, a way to know if the Live Chat service is down or not?
