Please can you tell me why? I have bought ea play but not received my xp it would be a massive thank you if you send me my xp. I have not received any xp for buying ea play I have had ea play for 5 days and not received anything.

There is some issue with it and I didn't receive expected benefits for having subscription. Do you only see this bug when you have cross-play activated? No Which mode has this happened in? What What happens when the bug occurs? What What should be happening instead?

Same, I have this issue, contacted multiple support agents from EA. But none of them helped me, all they do is send some bot replies. Saying team is working on the fix soon will get resolved.
