Ebay item not arrived
I don't use ebay that much but i never had any problem, not even with Chinese vendors that are further away and can have a language barrier to talk to. So i bought this item, ebay item not arrived, i don't remenber what the delivery time was, and i can't seem to be able to see it now. I didn't paid much attention to it as i never had any problem before.
I purchased several fragrance samples in the past on ebay from this specific seller probably mode than I never had a problem. Last monday I ordered 3 and he shipped them all on the same package, it was marked as delivered on Wednesday but I never received anything. My neighbors are usually good at giving me misplaced packages, and so is USPS at delivering to the correct mailbox. What are my options? Its a seller with good rep, and its not really a high value item that will make the seller go broke if he issues a replacement or refund. In no way, shape, form, or dimension is this the fault of your seller.

I purchased an item on ebay on April 10th. It is July 22nd, and the item has not arrived. It has been over 90days and I cannot contact the seller or get any help from ebay. What do I do? What was the estimated delivery date?
