When the need to think about care arrangements arises, we are there to provide loving support that promotes independence and ensures our customers can remain in their own homes for as long as possible. We put you in control of the care you receive and from the very first time you contact us through to when we visit to talk about your service to when your Care Assistants visit, we are there to support every step of the way. Led by Mandy Tehara, we are an experienced team that strives to ensure the home care support each customer receives is as good as we would expect for one of our family members. We can only deliver a high standard of care through our passionate staff team and you can be confident that the Care Assistants vising have the required skills. We follow a rigorous recruitment process and ensure that each staff member shares our core values. Before visiting our customers, all staff complete in-depth training that provides the foundational knowledge they require. In addition, we receive two detailed references and an Enhanced DBS check for every member of staff. Our team receive ongoing training and support throughout their career and this includes unlimited shadowing prior to beginning visiting their first customer. Mandy has a wealth of experience in home care and founded Eden Ivy Care out of a desire to make a difference. Clare works closely with Laura in providing ongoing support to our carers as they visit our customers.
